The Backstreet Boys are a Grammy-nominated American boy band. They were the first group launched by boy band mogul Lou Pearlman, and have been together since April 20, 1993.They have had 13 Top 40 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 and have sold over 100 million albums making them the best selling Boyband of all time.

This Is Us is the seventh studio album from American Grammy-nominated pop boyband Backstreet Boys on Jive Records. It will be their second album since becoming a four-piece band and is due for release on October 5, 2009 in the UK, October 6 in the US, and later worldwide.

On the album the group have reunited with previous collaborator and producer Max Martin (responsible for the previous hit "I Want it That Way") to try and create their "best record since their 1999 worldwide smash hit album Millennium.They have reportedly worked with Ryan Tedder, Dr. Luke, Claude Kelly, Jim Jonsin and T-Pain for the album as well.

They have also worked with award-winning RedOne, who was behind the number one singles "Just Dance" and "Poker Face" by Lady Gaga. RedOne produced the album's lead single "Straight Through My Heart", due for radio release in August and digital download/CD release in September.

Η γρίπη των χοίρων «χτύπησε» τους Backstreet Boys

Η νέα γρίπη υποχρέωσε το γνωστό boy-band να ακυρώσει την εμφάνιση του στη Νέα Υόρκη.
Θύμα της ο Brian Littrell, σύμφωνα με ανακοίνωση του εκπροσώπου του συγκροτήματος, αλλά και του ίδιου του 34χρονου τραγουδιστή, ο οποίος ανέβασε video στο Youtube.

Το ευχάριστο είναι ότι τα υπόλοιπα τρία μέλη του συγκροτήματος δεν έχουν παρουσιάσει ανάλογα συμπτώματα.

Το 4μελες boy-band μόλις είχε επιστρέψει από περιοδεία στην Ιαπωνία.




O Brian Littrell ανακοινώνει στους fan ότι πάσχει από τη νέα γρίπη
